The role of a Doula is a special one. Being included in one of the most precious and vulnerable moments of a woman's life is a great act of trust... and the new family that is forming is bringing a gift to the world through these acts of love and trust. I cherish this gift immensely.

I've been drawn to those spaces of love that we generate in our lives. I've been photographing weddings and newborn babes for more than a decade... and each and every one of these moments fills me with wonder and gratitude. I'm ever feeling blessed by what I witness with couples in love... with the awe of new Souls arriving... with what our hearts are capable of.

All women deserve a safe and supportive environment in which to birth their babes. All new families deserve to receive compassionate, open-hearted and open-minded care and attention in these deeply meaningful and transformative moments. This is why I trained as a DONA Doula Professional.
