Bliss Birth is a 5 week birth education course based on the model of HypnoBirthing. As a certified HypnoBirthing Birth Educator, I'm excited to share the wisdom of my own HypnoBirth experience and the knowledge I've learned through professional Educator training. We will explore how the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous systems operate and how this relates to birthing. We will explore the power of a birthing woman's body and let go the common misconceptions about birth that often inhibit a woman from experiencing the birth that she is truly capable of creating for herself and her baby. ​Bliss Birth is a full and inclusive prenatal course, offering birthing mothers and families the knowledge and skills necessary for them to move confidently and peacefully into the moments of birthing their babies into their waiting arms. All materials included: prenatal and birthing reference book, audio recordings, and birth hypnosis, meditation and relaxation and guides provided.
